Armen Consulting was founded in 2020 to provide unique and practical solutions faced by businesses around the world. Shaped by the shock to economies due to COVID-19, business owners and managers need to think of out-of-the-box ideas to rebound back to their desired state and also to remain resilient to future disruptions. This type of creative thinking needs a fresh approach, and that is what Armen Consulting aims to provide.

Armen Consulting leverages the specialist knowledge of hundreds of experienced professionals around the world, who can contribute to consultancy projects remotely and also provide services in person if the customer desires.

Consultancy

Our target customers are in the capital extensive energy and infrastructure business where smart and timely changes can result in handsome rewards later. Faced by the green energy revolution, oil and gas industry is at a crossroads. Failure to recognise the imminence of this change may render large oil and gas companies irrelevant within a decade or two. Renewable energy businesses are thriving but need to provide a steady and acceptable rate of return to attract investors. These challenges need unrelenting level of innovation, standardisation and cost efficiencies. Armen Consulting is poised to respond to these business needs with specialist support for strategic, tactical and operational decisions.

Infrastructure business across the world, especially where CapEx is provided by public sector, has faced cost overruns, delays and quality issues. Complexity, bureaucratic process, poor change management and lack of clear accountabilities are some of the reasons for failure of large infrastructure projects, and this needs customised solutions which can only be found after detailed and thorough review of structural, political, cultural and human behaviour issues. Armen Consulting aims to work closely with project and programme stakeholders to assess the challenges, analyse the data, find the possible root causes and provide recommendations for action. Where the customer requires Armen Consulting to support implementation of recommendations, we have the skills and resources to do that.

Recruitment

Recent years have seen large scale redundancies in energy and infrastructure businesses due to various reasons, with oil price and pandemic being the main ones. Businesses and projects still need skilled people but often do not want to provide long term employment commitment. Armen Consulting has devised a flexible business model for recruitment which minimises the obligations of employers while providing a fair return to employees for their contribution.
